1. Our content
The SimPosture app, its name, its logo, its design, its texts, the templates and the stored target profiles are protected by copyright and trademark law and belong to the operator (see legal notice). Without our consent, this content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or otherwise exploited, except where the law expressly permits.
2. Your photos are yours
Photos and recordings you create with the app or load into it are and remain yours. We claim no rights to them whatsoever. The images are processed on your device and are not transmitted to us (see privacy policy).
3. Third-party open-source components
The app uses third-party open-source software. Their license texts can be viewed in the app under “Licenses”; for each component, those terms take precedence.
